Shipping policy

At Sohila Designs, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Upon delivery, customers are required to open the package in the presence of the delivery carrier and inspect the items immediately.

If you choose to return the order, the return decision must be made at the moment of delivery, before accepting the package from the carrier.

Once the shipment is accepted and the delivery carrier departs, the order is considered final and confirmed.

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances after delivery acceptance, including but not limited to changes of mind, sizing issues, personal preference, or delayed inspection.

This policy exists to ensure fairness, quality control, and transparency for both our customers and our brand.
